SIGNATURE HOUSE BEERS

F&M, Harvest Ale - Our Signature Amber Ale, 5.0% abv

A warming golden red glow beams right from the center of this beer unveiling a clean aroma of soft caramel malts and a touch of dark fruit. The body is light and very easy, opening into flavors of grainy sweet toffee and light hops.

F&M, Harvest Lager - Our Signature Premium Lager, 5.0% abv

This Ontario made lager bears a golden yellow body with a thin white head. The aroma is gentle with a dry and lightly bitter hop sensation. The flavor is similar with medium carbonation creating a smooth and refreshing beer with notes of bread and fresh straw.

Stonehammer, Pilsner - 5.0% abv

This beer was built to cleanse and refresh. Its shows up as a straw colored golden beer with a tight white foam on top. The light aroma brings grainy pilsner malts, fresh aromatic hops, and nuances of dried fruit. On the palate it is crisp, lightly flavored beer with an unassuming ability to quench your palate.

Stonehammer, Dark - 5.0% abv

A sensationally easy drinking amber brown beer with considerable depth given is mild manner. The aroma hints at cocoa. It is smooth and lightly carbonated leaning towards nuts, light caramel, a hint of coffee and roast. Very soft and pleasing overall.

Waupoos, Premium Cider - 6.5%abv

This classic European Style Apple Cider will appear a bright sunny yellow in your glass with nearly no head. The aroma has sweet baking apples, honey and a hint of tartness. It will hit your tongue with crisp fruity flavors, juicy apples, bright carbonation and finish with a drying apple tartness.

Mill St.,Tankhouse - 5.2%abv

One of Ontario's defining pale ales has a red brick colored body with a loose off-white head. Its aroma is caramel, hints of malt, and a round balanced bitterness. The flavor is similar with an earthy bitterness upfront that falls onto malt sweetness, toffee, toasty nuts, then cleans up with floral and spicy hops.

F&M, McLean's Pale Ale (cask) - 5.0% abv

A glass of sunshine with burnt orange hues, a soft eggshell head, and light bubbly carbonation. McLean's Pale Ale has a floral and soft honey aroma that leans into a freshly baked bread and light caramel flavor that is cleansed by grassy hop bitterness and a nutty dry finish.

Wellington, Country Ale (cask) - 5.0% abv

Wellington's County ale is a traditional cask conditioned English brown ale brimming with a deep russet brown color and a short head. The flavor and aroma both reflect a slightly fruity malt character that offers the light but creamy sensations of mulled cherries, spice, and a smooth dry finish.

Mill St., Cobblestone Stout - 4.2% abv

A nitrogen draught creates a ruby black beer with a thick and creamy mocha colored head that is indistinguishable. Above the beer floats aromas of baker's chocolate, coffee, and smooth malt. The lusciously silky mouthfeel brings cocoa, dry roast, cold brewed coffee and a easy drinking finish.

Flying Monkeys, Smash Bomb Atomic IPA - 6.2% abv

Welcome a clean tawny amber beer with a thick head that glows white with hints of orange. The nose is richly potent with citrus, grapefruit, a bright caramel note and hops. The flavor is similar inviting some malt sweetness, but focusing on citrus fruits, zest, grapefruit and a crisp refreshing bitterness.

Moosehead, Lager - 5.0% abv

One of Canada's classics, Moose is a clean yellow beer with a short foamy white head. The nose is very light with soft wafts of sugary malt and a touch of grassy hops. The flavor too is very light, bringing crisp carbonation, restrained bitterness, and a dry, grainy, and cleansing finish.

Unibroue, Blanche De Chambly - Belgian Style Witbier, 5.0% abv

This gem from Quebec pours a hazy sunrise yellow with a billowing dense white head. The aroma is filled with aromatic wheat, coriander, mulled sweet spices, and orange zest. It will sooth your palate with effervescent cloves, cardamom, sweet malts, fresh hops, and zesty fruit.

McAuslan, Cream Ale - 5.0%abv

McAuslan's Cream ale is golden with an amber hue and a creamy white thick head. The nose is light but shows biscuit, soft malt, and a hint of fresh hops. It will glide gently over your palate hinting at dough and vanilla cookies, then cleansing with soft citrus and dry piney hops.

McAuslan, Apricot Wheat - Fruit Wheat Beer, 5.0%abv

This wheat beer is a totally transparent orange with a light and airy white head. The nose is blatantly apricot with a touch of honeyed malt. The body is crisp and light carrying bready malts forward, fruity and dry hops to the back, and an always lingering apricot-like fruitiness that is sweet and quenching.

Sleeman, Light - 4.0% abv

This is Canada's classic pale yellow light lager with a short, soapy white head. The nose is exceptionally light with hints of grain and soft grassy hops. The flavour too is meticulously light with notes of acidic fruit and soft honey, leading to a light and dry finish.

Sleeman, Original Draught - 5.0% abv

This beer ranges from bright straw yellow to a mildly darker shade of honey. There is a very soft and subtle nose that edges on soft hops. The Original Draught is richly carbonated with a medium body; it has hints of light fruit, and soft grassy hops. Very quenching.

Creemore, Lager - 5.0% abv

A classic Ontario lager, this beer fills a pint with golden yellow colors and a thin white head. The aroma is soft and subdued with light grain and earthy hops. The beer will open up in a quenching and refreshing manner bringing with it light bread, and soft floral hops.

Grand River, Galt Knife - 4.4% abv

This lager will surprise you with an amber yellow body that leans on a creamy white head. Its aroma is all dough, fresh baked bread, and lightly aromatic hops. On your palate you will find pale malts, cereal, more dough, hints of spicy hops, and refreshingly light and satisfying end.

Wellington, Special Pale Ale - 4.5% abv

This Pale bears a coppery orange body and a soft, off-white head. The nose is soft and floral with notes of caramel, nuts, and floral hops. The flavor is similar showing a smooth refreshing character that is enriched by toffee, light toast, some fresh fruit and a light spice and hop bitterness to the end.

Wellington, Arkell Best Bitter (cask) - 4.0% abv

This classic English Bitter on cask is only lightly carbonated, shows up with a golden amber brown body and a thin film of head. It is smooth and clean with light beady malts and a soft hop bitterness that cleans, but does not offer a big aroma.
