Harvest Ale, ‘Taste of Ontario’ – Guelph, Ontario
Our very own ‘signature’ beer. This is the first beer in 30 years to be
made with Ontario grown barley! It is a well-balanced ale, superb
session beer with rich copper colour, full malt flavour and a perfectly
balanced hop finish.

McAuslan Cream Ale – Montreal, Que
First nitrogenized micro ale, creamy mouth with full malt and subtle hops.
Headstrong Pale Ale – Guelph, Ont
Classic, full tasting, malty, hoppy ale.
Stonehammer Dark Ale – Guelph, Ont
Mild tasting dark brown ale with abundant malt flavours and gentle hop bitterness.

Deep amber, notes of wild spices & floral hops. (high alcohol content)
